Directions: Start with date and time on top right corner, give your paper a title (ex: daily talks, recovery, achievements etc...) or leave blank. Begin to pour your emotions out, happy or sad write it down. End each page with your favorite affirmation and giving gratitude. Over the next few days reflect and watch how you overcome those hard obstacles. Start to train your mind to improve your everyday life.
